Return Policy

HOLD ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving. Products must be brand new, never used or installed, and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we do have to charge a 25% restocking fee. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA# will not be accepted. Please contact our store @413.739.2500 to request RGA#, RGA# will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours.

Items Not Eligible for return:

  • Special purchases, including: clearance items, inventory sale items, etc.
  • Any item that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way.
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.
  • Any item not accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) issued by Elegant Lighting. Any item that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials.
  • Large orders: (Orders containing 4 or more of a single item or orders with an invoice total greater than 0). When ordering large quantities, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation.
  • Any item not purchased from Elegant Lighting.
  • Shipping & handling charges.
